Directors and Management
Mr Bolitho has over 40 years’ experience as a mining professional. He has been responsible for the commissioning and management of a number of gold mining operations, both in Western Australia and internationally. He has gained extensive experience in the executive management of resource based companies with particular emphasis in exploration, operations, project management, administration and corporate development. He has been an executive and non-executive director of a number of ASX and TSX listed resource companies over a long period and has worked closely with financiers, brokers and analysts.
Mr Dean holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Australia he has had over 30 years’ experience in banking, project finance and commodity hedging. Mr Dean has been CEO of a number of Public Companies including St Barbara Mines Limited and been instrumental in the funding and development of numerous significant mining projects throughout Australia and is currently a director of Metaliko Resources Limited and Intermin Resources Limited.
Mr Hanlon has over 10 years experience in the resources and resource services sector as well as over 10 years experience in commercial and merchant banking. He has a broad background of senior executive experience across a wide range of industries including mining, mining services, electricity distribution, electronics contract manufacturing, paper and packaging and insurance. He has most recently been the Finance Director of ENK plc and previously held the position or equivalent position of CFO with listed companies such as Century Drilling and International Contract Manufacturing Limited. Mr Hanlon is currently a non-executive Director of Red River Resources Limited, Copper Strike Limited and Jacana Minerals Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Accounting and a Master of Business in Banking and Finance.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a graduate of the AICD company directors course. He has extensive experience in investment marketing, investor relations and strategic planning and a strong and well-established network of stockbroking and investment fund managers.
GM Finance and Company Secretary
Kate performs Company Secretarial duties for a number of mining and mining services companies. She implements and maintains the company’s business process design, financial reporting compliance along with maintenance of tenement reporting requirements.
James is a geologist with substantial Eastern Goldfields experience, working in exploration and operation roles. Completed his PhD at the Centre for Exploration Targeting at UWA focusing on the study of gold mineral systems and application of a mineral systems approach to exploration targeting.
Simon has 15+ years working in various open pit mines across Western Australia. Simon has held operational management roles with contractor based mining as well as owner operator mining, in Gold, Manganese and Iron Ore. Simon holds a BSc(Mine Surveying) and a Post Grad Diploma in Mining, both studied through WASM.
John is a qualified metallurgist who studied at Curtin University (School of Mines) and also has degrees in Science and Commerce from UWA. John has 12+ year’s industry experience including operational and project management, plant refurbishment and commissioning. He has held previous site management roles with Minjar Gold Pty Ltd, Hanking Gold Mining Pty Ltd and St Barbara Ltd.
